May 11 Turn your phone into a wireless internet access pointLooks like the author of the very cool KaiserTweaks, a must have for optimizing the Tilt (e.g., Get equivelent of 3.5G!), has also produced something else amazing I am trying out.
Check out the ability to connect from a PC to your phone over the wi-fi cards. Use your phone as a wireless modem over wi-fi.
Forget about Bluetooth connections and all the setup hassels.
Setup the app and in a single click your connected. Forget about the DUN connections, setting, post connect strings, flamming hoops...
And you can even setup the WmWifi with an SSID.
Oh, by the way, I wrote this blog post from my PC while also streaming a video at the same time over WMWifiRouter.
The WMWifiRouter is a fast was to connect your PC from anywhere to the internet with great bandwidth (well, as great as HSDPA anyway).
Here is another link to some manual configuration of something that may also work. I haven't tried it.
